In the Share Block model each self catering unit on a Holiday Resort is collectively owned by several Investors/owners who all purchase shares into a unit for an annual ROI.
Each unit is divided into 52 shares (one share for every week of the year)
Your potential capital growth increases up to 10% year on year.
Ownership of the weeks/shares is permanent.
Weeks/shares may be transferred onto the next generation.
Each Investor/owner may RENT, USE or EXCHANGE their shares
You may sell your shares in future at market price for a capital gain.
All Investors pay an annual Levy towards the general upkeep of the resort & units.
